How to get there
BY METRO
To access the Conference venue (Berri-UQAM metro station) and for traveling downtown Montréal, the metro is an excellent option. Monday to Friday, it is open from 5:30 am to 1:00 am. Get a weekly transit pass for unlimited use of the metro and bus system. For more information on the Montreal Metro and consult the network map.
BY BUS
The public transportation network of the Société de transport de Montreal (STM) offers several bus routes. Check bus schedules and bus routes serving Berri-UQAM metro station (within close proximity of the conference venue).
BY BIKE
Montréal has 350 kilometres of bike paths criss-crossing its territory. Several bike racks are located near the entrance of the conference venue. BIXI is Montreal’s public bike system offering a bike-sharing service, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This service, at minimal cost, allows citizens and tourists to take a bike at one station, travel to their destination, and return the bike to a nearby station in the network. Visit the BIXI website. You can also rent a bike for the duration of your stay in Montréal. Several places such as Montréal on Wheels or Fitz & Follwell Co. offer rental bicycles.
BY COMMUTER TRAIN
